Ralph Hasson, President, Cybernance Risk Transfer Solutions
As President, Hasson leads the Cybernance Risk Transfer Solutions Division. The Cybernance Risk Transfer Solutions Division develops fully integrated cyber risk by combining the Cybernance platform with cyber insurance.
Hasson currently serves on the advisory boards of Broadway Bank-Austin region, CareFlash LLC, the Board of Directors of the Texas TriCities Chapter of NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) where he served as the founding Chair of NACD-Austin. He is an Advisory Mentor for SKU, the Consumer Packaged Goods Accelerator in Austin, Texas.
Previous to his work at Cybernance, Hasson help build Chorda, the first enterprise conflict management-consulting firm, into a nationally recognized organization. Hasson also launched the Policy Office for the UT System Administration, which includes fourteen higher-level education institutions.
Hasson’s new ideas in corporate governance and ethics oversight have been cited in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal after appearing in Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review and Directors Monthly. He is the co-author of: Controlling the Costs of Conflict: How to Design a System for Your Organization (San Francisco: Jossey-Bass, 1998).
Hasson is a Fellow of the IC2 Institute of the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the University of Texas (B.A., J.D.). Mr. Hasson received his Master’s in Public Administration at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
